Our Church India is a free, charity-driven initiative that builds and hosts websites for churches in India. By registering or using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This service is offered at no cost and is intended solely for registered churches operating in India.

2. Eligibility

To use Our Church India, your organization must:

• Be a genuine, active church or Christian congregation located in India
• Have an authorized representative submit the registration
• Agree to use the website for lawful, non-commercial church purposes only

3. What We Provide

Our Church India will:

• Design and build a website tailored to your church
• Host the website under a free subdomain (e.g., yourchurch.ourchurch.in)
• Provide basic ongoing maintenance and support at no charge

We reserve the right to prioritize registrations based on capacity and to decline requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

4. Your Responsibilities

As a registered church, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Ensure all content submitted for your website is lawful and appropriate
• Not use your website for commercial advertising, spam, or any illegal purpose
• Promptly notify us of any changes to your church details or contact information.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (church name, images, text, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Our Church India a non-exclusive licence to display that content on your church website. We will not use your church content for any other purpose without your consent.

6. Subdomains and Custom Domains

Each church receives a free subdomain under ourchurch.in. Subdomains are assigned at our discretion and are subject to availability. If you wish to use a custom domain, this may be available as an optional upgrade; terms for custom domains will be communicated separately.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove a church website if we determine that the content violates these Terms, is harmful, or if the church is no longer active. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Church India is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, data loss, or errors. As a volunteer-run charity initiative, we provide this service in good faith without any warranty.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of your website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
